Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Full Time, temporary to hire opportunity

Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their client's dynamic team in San Diego. This role involves providing exceptional support to existing clients and assisting them with their product needs. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and another language, enabling seamless communication with a diverse customer base. Medical customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from existing clients needing product support.
• Resolve issues for customers.
• Support customers with any product needs.
• Ability to handle 35+ call per day

Qualifications

• Education requirement is a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• 1+ year over the phone customer service experience
• Medical background required
• Great patience and demeanor with variety of customers
